Where we send from

Orders are packed in Yanchep, Western Australia.

Yanchep pickup

Pickup is available by arrangement. We will email you when the order is ready. Please collect within 7 days unless we agree another time.

What we post

We post DIY kits, wreath frames, gift vouchers and most craft goods within Australia.

We do not post alcohol. Baskets that include wine are pickup only, or we pack the basket without the bottle and you collect the wine in Yanchep.

When we send

In-stock items usually leave within 2–4 business days. If something is made to order we will tell you before you pay.

How we send

Australia Post or a similar tracked service. You will get a tracking number when it leaves.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on kits over $90 (Australia only).

Heavy or oversized orders (large baskets, frames) may have a higher rate. That amount shows before you pay.

How long it takes

WA metro: often 2–5 business days after it leaves.

Other states: usually 3–8 business days.

Remote addresses can take longer.

These are guides, not promises. Delays with the courier are outside our control.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Contact us with photos and the tracking number. We will claim with the courier and replace or refund the goods. This does not change your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Wrong address

Please check the address at checkout. If the parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we can resend after the extra postage is paid.

International

We do not ship overseas at this time.
